About nhaile

I’ve run my own content writing and marketing support firm since 2007. Tucson has been my home since 2009, when I moved here with my husband from Seattle. I enjoy the variety of working with clients in different industries and locations (thank you, cyberverse!). Your contract can be for a single, short-term web project, select services each month, or the full gamut of content writing and consultative marketing support.

In previous incarnations, I was a corporate marcom manager for a beefed up TPA, a regional resource manager for an international tech consulting firm, and development coordinator for a century-old not-for-profit. In addition to a technical writing certification with marketing emphasis, I hold a BA in Creative Writing from LSU (Geaux Tigers!).

Content Writing Plus

I write. Written content that supports marketing efforts, sharing your message with clients – current and future. Because my specialty is content writing, I collaborate. For example, on website projects I work with developers, graphic design and visual identity specialists.

Content writing and related marketing services include:

  • Writing articles for online content use
  • Corporate communications
  • Website copy
  • Enewsletters
  • Press releases
  • Sales support – RFP Response assistance, PowerPoint prettification, prospect email development

On client relationships. I feel that it’s only fair to be direct. After all, nhaile’s history demonstrates that we may be working together for a long time! I am (and I work well with others who are):

  • Collaborative
  • Self-driven
  • Adaptable
  • Straightforward
  • Timely / Responsive
  • Decisive
  • Consistent
  • A little bit of a smarty pants

Where nhaile works. I’m typically based in Tucson, Arizona, but for a time I’ll be operating out of a flat in London, England. Not only can my clients be anywhere, but so can I. Clients can count on the same consistent, consultative service no matter where they – or I – do business together.
